3.3.2 The function of the pushbuttons
The PIKO SmartMeasure Car has four pushbuttons at the edge of its pcb. Their functions are as following:
1. „POWER“
a) Short push stops „test run“
b) Long push (7sec.) will switch off the car. The red LED will start to blink when button can be released.
2. „MODE“
a) a short push will change the displayed language
b) a longer push (4 sec.) will start a „test run“. Now the measured data will be stored to the internal memory and can then be transfered via
USB for checking*. As long as the test run is active the yellow LED will blink permanently. With a short push on “POWER” the test run will be
stopped.

3. „RESET“
a) Pushing the button for ca. 4 seconds will reset the measured distance to zero. The yellow LED will blink two times for confirmation.
b) A longer push, ca. 20 seconds, will reset the car to factory default. All user settings and stored values will be resetted. The yellow LED will
blink five times for confirmation.
4. „WiFi“
A short push will switch off the WiFi, or back on again. When WiFi is activated the blue LED will shine permanently.
