communication via USB interface
Two drivers are necessary to use the device. The first is responsible for the USB connection
between PC and digital amplifier unit, the second is responsible for communication by the RS232
(COM) interface.
Please use the document for installation
“Installation USB d-DrivePro.pdf”. You can download it

communication via Ethernet
To use TCP/IP, different parameters have to be adjusted. The adjustment can be done in standby
or during operation. A RS232 or USB connection with the host computer. The connection setup is
described in the sections 9.1 and 9.2.
The following parameters are all preset (default):
-
IP address:
192.168.010.050
-
Sub-Mask:
255.255.255.000
-
Port:
9000
-
Gateway:
000.000.000.000
To build communication to the customer network, these parameters may have to change. One way
is to switch on the DHCP. For that the connected network needs to have an active DHCP server. If
no server is active or PC is connected directly over Ethernet, the parameters need to be adjusted
over the commands mentioned below (ipaddr, submask, port, gwaddr, please see instruction set in
chapter 10). If you have any questions regarding the TCP/IP installation, please contact your
network administrator.
