SLAM-SHUT VALVE

MAINTENANCE AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS

Step Action

Fit the lower lid (41).

NOTE!

Make sure that the gasket is in place.

Insert and fix the screws (48) according to the following tightening torques:

• Mod. 104M/104MH - 105M/105MH > tab. 9.60

NOTE!

Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2.

Fit the upper lid (40).

Insert and fix the screws (42) according to the following tightening torques:

• Mod. 104M/104MH - 105M/105MH > tab. 9.60

NOTE!

Tighten the screws according to the cross diagram in paragraph 9.4.2.2.

Completely release the maximum pressure spring (11) by turning the ring nut (13).

NOTE!

To calibrate the spring, please refer to chapter 13 “Calibration tables”.

Completely release the minimum pressure spring (17) by turning the ring nut (15).

NOTE!

To calibrate the spring, please refer to chapter 13 “Calibration tables”;

•

If any.

Insert and fix the cap (18).
