Step Action
1 Undo and remove the locking screw (97).

Remove the O-rings (96) from the AR100 lamination valve body (1) and replace them, taking care to lubricate
them with synthetic grease.
NOTE!
Before inserting the replacement O-rings, clean the retaining slots with a cleaning solution.
3 Undo and remove the locking screw (4).

Remove the O-rings (7) from the closing screw (4) and replace them, taking care to lubricate them with syn-
thetic grease.
NOTE!
Before inserting the replacement O-rings, clean the retaining slots with a cleaning solution.
5 Remove the adjustment screw (3).

Remove the O-rings (7) from the adjustment screw (3) and replace them, taking care to lubricate them with
synthetic grease.
NOTE!
Before inserting the replacement O-rings, clean the retaining slots with a cleaning solution.
7 Unscrew and remove the cap (2).

Remove the O-rings (6, 7) from the cap (2) and replace them, taking care to lubricate them with synthetic
grease.
NOTE!
Before inserting the replacement O-rings, clean the retaining slots with a cleaning solution.
9 Remove and replace the filter (5).

Fit and fix the cap (2) according to the following tightening torque:
• AR100 > tab. 9.57.
NOTE!
Take care not to damage the O-rings (6, 7).
11 Insert the adjustment screw (3), taking care not to damage the O-ring (7).

Fit and fix the closing screw (4) according to the following tightening torque:
• AR100 > tab. 9.57.
NOTE!
Take care not to damage the O-ring (7).
13 Insert the locking screw (97) with the valve ports in line with the AR100 lamination valve (1) body.
