Dump all water inside Serving Keg, give a quick 
rinse with clean water. Turn spout counter-
clockwise to allow clean water to flow out for 
about 5 seconds. Turn clockwise to stop, then 
push spout back into keg. Dump all of the water 
out of the serving keg. Let air-dry upside down 
until dry.
