Insert the barbed regulator connector into the
Carbonation Adapter, it will be a snug fit.

Slowly dial the Regulator

clockwise

to open the

Regulator until it reaches 24 PSI. This is the correct
setting for most beers.

Place the Serving Keg with attached CO2
Regulator into your refrigerator to chill and
carbonate for approximately 36 hours.

Clean the Brewing Keg and Racking Tube, see
Usage & Care section on page 114.
