Mounting the Mechanics

Proceed as follows to mount a stack of an F-712.MA1 or F-712.MA2 alignment system:

1.

With 2 screws ISO14580 M3x25, mount the NanoCube® nanopositioner onto the

nanopositioner adapter as shown in the following figures. Do

not

exceed a torque of

1.3 Nm

.
