La procedura di installazione e il posiziona-
mento dei sensori dipende dal tipo e dalla forma del
paraurti.
• Misurare, dalle due estremità del paraurti verso il
centro, una distanza compresa tra 10 e 25 cm do-
ve verranno applicati i sensori “CL” (corner left) e
“CR”(corner right).
• Misurare la distanza tra i punti “CL” e “CR” e divide-
re la misura in tre parti uguali individuando i punti
“L” ed “R”.
• Misurare da terra un’altezza compresa tra 45 e 60
cm che definisca la posizione finale dei 4 sensori.
IMPORTANTE: non installare i sensori ad una al-
tezza inferiore o superiore alle misure indicate per
scongiurare FALSE segnalazioni.
• Effettuare i fori nei punti
precedentemente con-
trassegnati. Smussare
leggermente gli spigoli
del foro.
• Inserire i sensori a pressione, facendo estrema at-
tenzione nel rispettare le posizioni di installazione
riportate sulle etichette (CL-L-R-CR).
Rispettare la posizione di inserimento indicata dal-
puntino, presente sulla parte frontale, che deve es-
sere rivolto verso il basso.
ATTENZIONE: un errato posizionamento od orien-
tamento dei sensori può compromettere l’intera
funzionalità del sistema.
• Fissare i cavi dei sensori lungo la parete interna del
paraurti utilizzando le fascette ferma-cavo fornite in
dotazione. Portare i cavi all’interno del bagagliaio
utilizzando i fori originali del veicolo.
NON ALTERARE LA LUNGHEZZA DEI CAVI.
The installation procedure and the positioning of the
sensors depend on the type and form of the rear
bumper.
• From the sides of the rear bumper, measure a di-
stance ranging between 10 and 25 cm towards the
bumper-centre, at which points the sensors “CL”
(corner left) and “CR” (corner right) will be installed.
• Find out the exact distance between “CL and “CR”
and divide that distance into three equal parts, thus
creating the reference-points “L” and “R”.
• Measure a height ranging between 45 and 60 cm
from the ground, giving you the final mounting po-
sition of the 4 sensors.
IMPORTANT: please stick to the stated height-ran-
ge, without going higher or lower, to avoid FALSE
SIGNALIZATIONS.
• Effect the holes pre-
viously marked. Slighly
smoothen the edges of
the holes.
• Insert the sensors by pressing them into position, in
due respect of the installation-references (CL-L-R-
CR) reported on the stickers.
Insert the sensor by keeping the dot, which is loca-
ted on the sensor front, in downward. position.
IMPORTANT: an incorrect positioning and/or orien-
tation of the sensors can compromise the correct
functioning of the whole system.
• Fix the sensor cables along the internal wall of the
rear-bumper, making use of the supplied cable-hol-
ders. Now turn the cables inside the trunk, making
use of the related original holes you can find on the
car. The original length of the sensor-cables MU-
ST ABSOLUTELY NOT be altered.
