Set as Retentive – When a timer/counter is set as retentive, it stores the current (C) value of
the counter in memory in the event of a power failure. When power is restored, the stored
value is recalled, and the counter begins from that value.
To set the timer/counter as retentive, from the timer/counter list screen, use the
or
key
to highlight the desired timer/counter. Press the <OK> key, and then press the <4> key to
set the timer/counter as retentive.

To set the timer/counter as non-retentive, from the timer/counter list screen, use the
or
key to highlight the desired timer/counter. Press the <OK> key, and then press the <4> key
to set the timer/counter as non-retentive.

Register
From the “Monitor Data Items” menu, select 4 to display all the registers available in the
Nanoline and the status of each.

Register List
A list of registers appears. Use the
or
key to scroll through the list.

The first column displays the number of the register number.

The “r” indication means the register is retentive (saved when power to the Nanoline is
removed).
–
The second column indicates the current value stored in the register.
