code.The PIN code defa u lt val u e is 0000.
Activation Options
- Set Menu Lock , Channel Lock , or Maturity Lock
to Enabled to activate the respective optio n .
- Set a Maturity Level fro m 1 to 1 8 to preve n t
un desired access to progra mm es for which m at u rity
rati n g is higher tha n the m at u rity level yo u set.
- Press EXIT to save yo u r cha n ges a n d exit.
PIN code mu st be cha n ged i n order to allow locks
to be u sed.
Channel Lock
To lock or un lock cha nn els:
- Scroll to the cha nn el yo u wa n t to lock or un lock.
- Press the gree n colo u r key to lock or un lock the
cha nn el. Locked cha nn els are m arked with a lock ico n .
Locki n g will take effect o n ly if yo u activate the
Channel Lock optio n . Locked cha nn els are locked i n
all the lists they belo n g to.
PIN code
To cha n ge yo u r PIN code:
- E n ter yo u r c u rre n t PIN code
- E n ter yo u r n ew PIN code
- E n ter yo u r n ew PIN code agai n
- Press EXIT to save yo u r cha n ges a n d exit.
O n ce yo u have cha n ged yo u r PIN code, keep it secret
to preve n t others fro m u si n g it. If yo u forget or lose
yo u r PIN code, see chapter Tro u bleshooti n g.
