3.3.11 Real-time monitoring through snapshot viewer

Snapshot viewer allows you to view a frozen image before monitoring real-time
motion pictures through the other viewers.

Only the video from the internal CCD (Ch0) or from the first external camera
(Ch1, providing an external camera is connected) can be viewed.

There are two methods of snapshots. One is to view a single frozen image, the
other is to view a changing image every 2 seconds (only available for video from
internal CCD (Ch0)).
