4.2 Operating principle G 4 X FU 230/400V

The dry section to accommodate the ready-mixed mortar is separated
from the mixing and pumping section. The dry mortar it thrown into
the mixing chamber via the inclined star wheel. The PFT G 4 X FU
230/400V can be started and refilled at any time. The star wheel is
powered separately and can be quickly disassembled using a central
locking mechanism.

The new mixing pump G 4 X with 230V AC or 400V three-phase
drive was specially developed for pumping, spraying and applying dry
mortar, pasty materials for machine use and much more up to 2 mm
grain size.
The pump output can be adjusted by means of a quick pump change
depending on the requirements.
In 230V operation, the litre output can be set in the control cabinet via
the potentiometer.
The machine can be filled with bagged material as well as directly
from a silo/container by means of delivery hood or injection hood and
PFT SILOMAT installation.
