2. Function of the flash light
2.1. Switch on
To minimize power up the activation of the flash circuit is at the zero crossing of the mains phase.
2.2. The modes of operation
With the dimmer value bit7 and bit6 an operating mode of the flash light is chosen.

2.2.1. "No function" mode
Dimmer value 0..63.
In this mode no flash is produced.
2.2.2. „Fixed flash“ mode
Dimmer value 64..127.
In this mode a flashing light is generated independent by the flashlight at a fixed interval.
With the dimmer value bit0..bit5 the flash generation can be set in 64 steps between 0.5 s and 6.8 s.
Formula to calculate the flash sequence:

2.2.3. "Random flash" mode
Dimmer value 128..191.
In this mode a flashing light is generated independently by the flashlight at random intervals.
The random interval consists of a constant and random component.
The random component can be expanded by an additional constant part.
The result is random flash generation between 0.5 sec and 30.5 sec.
With the [dimmer value bit2..bit0] the random component is extended. Values: 0..15
With the [dimmer value bit5..bit3] the constant component is determined. Values 0..15.
Margin: Random number. Value: 0..15
Formula to calculate the flash sequence:

The random total spacing of the flashes is therefore between 1.5 sec and 7.5 sec
