Changing the top knife

Switch off the machine!

Turn off the compresses air!

Risk of injury due to accidental machine start-up!



On subclase

-12/22

take out screw

and removw chain trapper

with spring



On subclass

-12/23

screw

and

are situated at the rear side of knife bracket



Take out screws

and remove top knife



Insert a new top knife



Tighten screws



Check the knife height according to see

Chapter 13.06.02 Adjusting the height of the

top knife

and adjust if necessary.



Replace spring

and chain nipper

and tighten screw

again.



Reconnect the compressed air.



Machine switched on.
