Engaging solenoid
Requirement
In needle rise position and with engaging solenoid

activated, there must be a distance

0.3 mm
between engaging lever

and pawl

Bring the machine to needle rise position by turning the balance wheel.
●
Loosen screw

until the engaging solenoid can be turned with difficulty.
●
Manually activate engaging lever 2

Press solenoid planger

as far as possible into solenoid housing

and move both the
solenoid housing and the solenoid planger in accordance with the
requirement.

In this position tighten screw
