Troubleshooting Guide

in

Parking and access control equipment manufactured in the UK

Automatic Sliding Gates

Notes Area

Gate not Moving

Motor brake locked on

Check brake is releasing

Gate creaking when moving

Gate alignment

Check and align gate correctly

Gate motor not running

Loss of voltage

Check motor supply test 3 phases

Gate not moving or closing

Drive shaft connections

Re-connect any drive shaft connections

Gate not moving or moving half way

Gearbox or gate track damaged

Gears/Track stripped due to overlading replace

Gate crashes into catch post

Cantilever arm not adjusted correctly

Adjust and check alignment

Gate not running at all

Door has been left open or switch not making

Close the door and check display is not reading
