WARRANTY
1 For the warranty to be effective, the warranty coupon which completes the use and
maintenance manual must be stamped by the dealer and must show the date of
purchase and must be sent back to Pezzolato filled in with all required data.
2 Warranty has validity for one year from date of shipment of the warranty coupon.
In any case the machine is covered by warranty for no longer than 15 months from
the date of the manufacturer’s invoice.
3 The warranty covers those parts damaged because of manufacture or labour
defects.
4 Warranty does not cover wear and tear materials such as blades and anvil blade,
hydraulic oil filter, pulley belts etc.
5 The combustion engine warranty is the same applied by the engine manufacturer
6 Warranty has no validity if the machine has been improperly used and the use and
maintenance rules have not been respected.
7 The defective elements shall be returned to Pezzolato and at its unquestionable
judgment will proceed to their repair or replacement. Transport expenses are at
customer charge.
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
All our machines have been subjected to accurate tests and are covered by a
warranty for 12 months from manufacture defects The warranty starts from the date
of machine start up the evidence given by the date of the shipment of the warranty
coupon. In any case the machine is covered by warranty for no longer than 15
months from the date of the manufacturer’s invoice.
The company undertakes to repair or replace free of costs any parts which, within the
warranty period, have proven manufacturing defects. The defects not clearly
attributed to the materials or manufacturing shall be examined either at our technical
assistance centre or directly at our premises and charged accordingly.
Excluded from the warranty are accidental damages, transport damages, negligence
or inadequate handling, improper use not conforming to the notes shown by the use
and maintenance manual, and however from events not depending from the normal
working or use of the machine.
Warranty is not valid in the event that the device had been repaired or tampered with
by unauthorized personnel . Extension of warranty or replacement of the machine as
a result of breakdown are excluded. The repair is carried out at our authorized
technical assistance centre, or at our premises. The machine must arrive free of
transport charges i.e. with transport expenses at the user’s charge (if not otherwise
