PREDISPOSITION

 

 

WARNING: 

 

To position the conveyor belt is necessary the intervention of 
a second operator.

 

 

9.1  Positioning  of  the  conveyor 

belt 

 
Position the conveyor belt according to the 
needs. 
 
The  inclination    (A)  of  the  belt  can  be 
changed  wrapping  up  the  lateral  chains 
(C).  It  must  not  be  more  of  40°  of 
inclination. 
 
 
N.B.:  this  operation  must  be  executed 

by two operators. 

 
 

9.2  Adjustment  of  the  conveyor 

belt tension 

 

■

  Loosen  the  right  and  left  turnbuckle’s 

lock nut (B)  

 

■

  Screw  the  right  and  left  screw  (E)  to 

keep  the  parallelism  between  the  two 
supports. 

 

■

  Start  the  belt  and  check  the  cantering 

on the roller (R) 

 

■

  If  the  belt  move  itself  to  the  left  (SX), 

during  the  rotation,  lift  up  the  left 
support (S). 

 

■

  If the belt move itself to the right  (DX), 

lift up the right support (D). 

 
 
N.B.  To  check  the  centering  leave  the 

belt in rotation for some minutes
