WARNING: 

Before every adjustment or maintenance operation to be sure 
that the current is disconnected (electric engine). 

Stop the tractor’s engine (PTO). 

 
 

8.5  Lubrication  of  the  lay  shaft’s 

supports  of  the  overgear-
pulley 

 
 
Introduce,  with  a  pump  for  manual 
greasing,  the  lubricant  for  bearings  into 
the  lay  shaft’s  supports  A,  B,  C  (as 
showed in the picture). 
 
 
 

8.6  Lubrication  of  the  universal 

joint of the shaft/pulley 

 
 
Introduce,  with  a  pump  for  manual 
greasing,  the  grease  into  the  universal 
joint’s grease cups D, E, F. 
 
 
 

8.7  Control  and  replacement  of 

the overgear’s oil 

 
 
Check the overgear’s oil level by the level 
gauge  (G)  and,  if  it  is  necessary,  top  up 
with  ROOL-OIL  EP  460  oil  or  equivalent 
oil. 
 
 
 
 
N.B.:    The  oil  must  be  replaced  every 

1000 hours of work.
