Chapter 13  (control unity for cut) 

USE OF THE MACHINE

 

 

WARNING: 

 

No  one  can  pass  near  the  machine’s  working  area  with  the 
exception of the operator.

Wear  protective  gloves,  glasses,  caps  and  accident 
prevention shoes. 

 
CUTTING OPERATIONS 
 
Start the machine.  
 
Position  the  cutting  selector  (S)  in  the 
position 1 
 
 
 
 
Operate  the  lever  at  cloche  to  the  right  to 
advance the pusher and effect a complete 
stroke.  In  this  way  you  zero  the  cutting 
part. 
 
Leave again the lever for the return of the 
small plate. 
 
Position the log in the cradle. 
 
N.B.      WARNING!  The  log  must  not 

exceed  the  position  of  the 
photoelectric  cell  (look  at  the 
picture).
