If the blade is not at 45° to the miter table,
perform the following adjustments .
1 . Loosen the lock nut on the 45° stopping
bolt with a 5/16” open-end wrench
(available separately) . The 45° stopping
bolts are located to your right as you face
the back of the saw (Fig . 13) .
2 . Lift the bevel locking lever to release the
bevel lock, and then adjust the blade to
45° by adjusting the set screws clockwise
or counter-clockwise with a 5mm hex key
(available separately) . You may need to
carefully move the saw arm left or right
by hand while you turning the set screw .
3 . When the angle is set, tighten the lock
nut and the bevel locking lever .

NOTICE: Adjust the 33.9° bevel angle
only after performing the 45° bevel-angle
adjustment.
Failure to unplug your
saw could result in accidental starting
causing serious injury.
1 . Unplug the saw .
2 . To set the 33 .9° bevel angle, flip out
the stop bolts .
3 . Loosen the bevel locking lever to
release the bevel lock .
4 . Tilt the head assembly to the left . If the
pointer does not indicate exactly 33 .9°,
loosen the lock nut and adjust the 33 .9º
stopping bolt .
5 . When the angle is set, tighten the lock
nut and the bevel locking lever .
