5 . Lift to loosen the bevel locking lever
(Fig . 8) .
6 . Loosen the bevel locking nut (Fig . 9a),
and adjust the adjusting screw in or
out with a hex wrench (not included) as
shown in Fig . 9b until the leg of the
square is flush with the saw blade along
its entire length .
7 . Once the angle is set, retighten all the
bolts and the bevel locking lever .
NOTICE: If the bevel locking lever cannot
secure the saw arm after depressed, keep
it at the depressed position (Fig. 10a) and
pull it towards the operator, then lift the
bevel locking lever and release it
(Fig. 10b); the bevel locking lever will
return to the front position automatically.
Tighten the bevel locking lever again to
secure the saw arm.
