3 Maintenance and Repair
The Perenio® Joule Eco Smart Heater does not require special maintenance in the
normal course of operation. However, in order to maintain the proper state and stable
operation of the device it is recommended to perform the following actions from time
to time:
• Follow rules of safe operation of the device;
• Clean the device casing from dirt and dust from time to time;
• Check for updates of the mobile app (If auto update is not enabled);
• Repair mechanical damages to devices (in Service Centers).
The Perenio® Joule Eco Smart Heater repairs shall be carried out in Service Centers.
In the case of warranty repairs or replacement, the User shall provide the Seller with
the sales receipt and the purchased device.
