1. Check the power plug.
2. Check the contrast & brightness setting.
3. Check the wiring.
Image but no sound
1. Check the handset spring wire.
2. Check the power plug (unplug and replug it).
3. Check the wiring.
Monitor remains on
1. Pick up the handset and put it back.
2. Unplug and replug the power plug.
Distorted image
Check for interfering cables (e.g. high voltage wire) or magnetic fields.
