6 Troubleshooting
6.1 Troubleshooting and Alarm Statuses
Note!
If the "SOUND AT ALARM" DIP switch is set to ON, an audible signal sounds in
the event of the alarm or sensor malfunctioning.
LED display Cause Action
All LEDs are off. The warning device is not in
operation.
Check that the supply voltage is
connected.
"SUPPLY" LED flashes. The warning device is starting up.
The overflow sensor is in the warm-
up phase
(approx. 10 to 20 seconds).
Wait until the overflow sensor has
reached its operating temperature.

"SUPPLY" LED
illuminates.

"SYSTEM OK" LED
illuminates.
No active alarm or faults. The warning device is operating normally.

"SUPPLY" LED
illuminates.

"SYSTEM OK" LED is
flashing.
No active alarm or faults. A fault or
alarm occurred in the past.
1. Check the status of the container
or tank.
2. Press the "ALARM RESET"
button.

"SUPPLY" LED
illuminates.

"ALARM" LED
illuminates.
An alarm is active.
1. Check the status of the container
or tank.
2. Rectify the cause of the alarm.
3. Press the "ALARM RESET"
button.

"SUPPLY" LED
illuminates.

"ALARM" LED
illuminates.

"SENSOR FAILURE" LED
illuminates.
An alarm is active.
1. Check the status of the sensor
and the sensor installation.
2. If necessary, replace the sensor.
3. Press the "ALARM RESET"
button.
