Usage notes
For use on a flat surface of a type 4/12 enclosure
Failure to follow these instructions may lead to damage or injury. Comply with local and
national safety requirements when working in hazardous locations.
Before you start
The installation may be carried out by using either a circular hole saw or a hydraulic hole
punch.
Tools required:
1. Hydraulic punch or hole saw (95 mm - 95.5 mm (3-3/4 in.))
2. Drill
3. Conedrill
4. Pozidrive screwdriver
5. Center punch
6. 6 mm (1/4 in.) drill bit
7. 3.6 mm (9/64 in.) drill bit

Unpack and check
When your Infrared Window arrives, carefully unpack
the unit and check contents:
1. IW4000 unit (1)
2. Fixing screws (4)
3. Drilling template (1)
