1.5.4 - SYMBOLS USED

2 - TOOL DESCRIPTION

2.1 - OPERATING SYSTEM

The hydropneumatic RIV949 tool, with oil pressure adjustment, is designed to place the following fasteners:

▶

RIVSERT female rivet nuts (from M3 to M12)

▶

RIVBOLT male rivet nuts (from M4 to M8)

The hydropneumatic system and the mechanical components used in the inside structure of the RIV949, when compared with other

riveting tools, result in greater reliability. Tool features reduce potential issues caused by the wear and tear of the components, and

consequently the tool will last longer and perform better. The technical solutions adopted make the RIV949 more compact and lighter.

The successful outcome is a very handy tool.

2.2 - VIBRATION

When used correctly and in compliance with the provided instructions, the tool does not produce dangerous vibration.

2.3 - NOISE LEVEL

The tool is designed and manufactured to generate a very low noise level. The weighed equivalent of continuous acoustic

pressure level A in the operator position is below 80 dB (A).

2.4 - TECHNICAL DATA
