Operating the oven
1. Turn the oven function knob to select an oven function.
Consult the table in chapter ‘Oven functions table ‘to select the preferred function.
Also consult the instructions for preparation on the dish packaging.
2. If desired, set a cooking time by pressing the ‘timer button’ and use the ‘less or more
button’ to set the desired time. Consult chapter ‘Timer’.
3. Turn the temperature knob to set an oven temperature (between 50 and 270 ºC).
The oven thermostat control light will light up.
If necessary, first preheat the oven before placing the recipe in the oven.
Timer
Setting the timer
• Press the ‘timer button’ twice.
The clock symbol lights up and the time indication will flash on the display.
• Press the ‘less or more button’ to set the current time.
• Press the ‘timer button’ to confirm.
Setting the ‘cooking time’
In this setting you can set how long the oven needs to operate (cooking time).
• Select an oven function using the ‘oven function knob’ and set the temperature.
• Press the ‘timer button’ to select the ‘cooking time’ function.
The pictogram for the ‘cooking time’ lights up on the display.
• Press the ‘less or more button’ to set the preparation time.
• Press the ‘timer button’ to save the set time.
• Press the ‘start/stop button’ to start the cooking process.
The elapsed preparation time will be displayed.
