Scrapping
Recycle any unwanted material,

rubbish. All machines, accessories
and packaging must be sorted and left
at a recycling center and disposed
of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Warning
This manual is important for the machine, read it
carefully before installation and use. Keep this
manual in good condition for continued
maintenance of the machine.
Introduction
Area of application: The automatic tyre changer is
specially designed for disassembly/assembly of
tyres from wheel rims.
Use the machine only for the purpose for which it
was designed, do not use it for other purposes. The
manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused
by non-compliance with these regulations.
Safety regulations
The use of this machine is designed for trained and
qualified professionals, those who have already
read the manual carefully, or someone who has
experience with similar machines. Any changes
beyond the use of this machine are not
permitted without the permission of the
manufacturer. This can lead to malfunctions and
damage to the machine and then the warranty no
longer applies. If some parts are damaged,
please replace them according to the spare parts
list. (NOTE: The warranty is one year after the
manufacturer’s delivery date. The warranty does
not apply to the easily broken parts).
Safety instructions
1. Do not place your hands under the mounting/
disassembly head during operation.
2. Do not place your hands between the gaps
during the operation.
3. Do not place your hands on the rim of the
tyre when removing the tyre.
4. Make sure that the system is equipped with a
good earth circuit.
5. Do not place your feet between the clamping
press and the machine during operation.
6. Safety instructions, warning decals.
Warning
When the safety warning labels are worn or
missing, please restore them in time!
Do not use the machine when safety warning labels
are missing or illegible. Do not allow any objects to
obscure the safety warning labels. Customers can
attach the warning labels (like the picture above) to
all necessary positions.
