Mounting
The ramps are unloaded from the pallet and
packaging is removed. Be careful not to damage
cables and hoses. Therefore, always start by
releasing the electrical wiring and the compressed
air hoses by cutting the cable ties they are attached
to under the lips of the lifting ramps.
Place the ramps on the floor at 800 mm intervals.
Check that the ramps are in the same direction by
looking under the lips if hydraulic and compressed
air hoses and electrical cables come out on the
same side.
The lift is equipped with a photoelectric safety
stop. For correct placement, the laser should be
positioned opposite the reflector.
When the ramps are deployed, it is time to display
the control cabinet.
Advantageously check
the position of the
control cabinet against
the pull / position of the
cover plates that are
mounted on the floor.
Connect electrical cables to limit position sensors,
lower sensors (down 2) and the photoelectric
safety interlock. See pictures below for correct
connection.
