Scrapping

Recycle any unwanted material,

do not throw it in the household

rubbish. All machines, accessories

and packaging must be sorted and left

at a recycling center and disposed

of in an environmentally friendly

manner.

Important information

We provide a 1-year warranty in the event of

manufacturing or material defects from the original

date of purchase. Always save your invoice that

is valid as a warranty card. The product must not

have been subjected to abnormal use or neglect

and the warranty does not cover consumables. The

guarantee does not apply if the fault is due to an

accident after you have received the product or if

you have not followed the care and service

instructions. The tool shop reserves the right to

repair the product or replace it.

Read and follow the information on the warning

signs on the lift, never lift vehicles that are

heavier than the lift’s maximum limit. Read the

entire manual completely and carefully before

mounting or using the lift to avoid financial loss,

personal injury or improper handling. The

instructions for use are an important part of the

lift, which should always be included, even if the

product is sold. The operating instructions must

be kept close to the lift in an accessible place so

that the operator and maintenance personnel have

the opportunity to find and consult the operating

instructions at any time. Without our professional

advice, the user will not be allowed to change or

modify either the control unit or the mechani

-

cal unit.

Qualified personnel

Only trained personnel are allowed to maneuver the

lift. Electrical installation may only be performed by

a qualified electrician. A person who is not involved

must not be within the work area of the car lift.

Warning information

•

Do not install the lift on a paved surface.

•

Read and understand all safety instructions

before using the lift.

•

Never leave the control unit as long as the lift is

in motion.

•

Make sure that feet or other body parts are not

near the lift when maneuvering.

•

Use only clothing and shoes that are suitable

for the work, no loosely hanging ends that can

get caught in moving parts.

•

To avoid incidents, surrounding areas should

be kept clean and free of extraneous objects.

•

The lift is intended for lifting only the entire

chassis of vehicles whose weight does not

exceed the maximum capacity for the lift

(3000Kg).

•

Always check that the safety catches are

activated before carrying out work in the

vicinity or under the vehicle. Never remove

safety-related components from the lift. If

safety-related components are broken or

missing, do not use the lift.

•

Do not shake the vehicle when it is on the lift,

removal of heavy fitted vehicle parts can cause

a critical redistribution of the center of gravity

and this may affect the stability of the vehicle.

•

Check the lift regularly to make sure that the

movements of the lift are performed

synchronously, and if something abnormal

occurs, stop using the lift immediately and

contact our workshop (tel. 033-20 26 50) for

guidance.

•

Lower the lift to the lowest position and switch

off the power when the lift is not in use.

•

Do not remove or alter any parts of the lift

without the advice of the manufacturer.

•

If the lift is not to be used for a long time, the

following must: 1. pull the power cord out of

the wall socket, 2. empty the oil tank, 3.

lubricate moving parts with hydraulic oil.

Important: Think about environmental protection

and dispose of used oil in a suitable way to a  re

-

cycling center.

Warning signs

Warning signs that are clearly marked on the lift

are intended to avoid danger when the lift is used

incorrectly. The signs must be kept clean and must

be replaced if they are damaged or fall off. Please

read carefully and understand the meaning of each

sign and memorize them for future activities.

Noise level

Noise level from the lift should not exceed 75dB, to

protect your health it is recommended that a noise

level detector be installed at your workplace. Wear

hearing protection.

Education

Only trained technicians are allowed to operate the

lift. If necessary, professional training can be

offered to the user. Phone 033 - 20 26 56 or
