Adjust blade guide:
1. Disconnect the machine from the power
source.
2. Loosen the knob (1, Fig. 6) and the handle (2).
Slide the blade guide unit as close as possible
to the material without disturbing the insert.
3. Tighten the knob (1) and the handle (2) and
connect the machine to the power source.
Adjustment of anvil:
Warning
Make no adjustments or load / unload
material from the vise while the machine is
running!
Failure to do so may result in serious injury!
To set the anvil from 0 to 45 degrees sawing:
1. Remove bolt and nut arrangements (C, Fig.7).
2. Place the anvil and reinstall as shown in Fig.8.
Pay special attention to the bolt hole.
3. Insert the anvil at the desired angle, insert nuts
and bolts and tighten nut and bolt arrangement.
4. Adjust the movable vice parallel to the fixed
vice by loosening the bolt {A, Fig.8), adjusting in
parallel and tightening the tightening bolt.
To set the anvil for maximum sawing width:
1. Remove nut and bolt arrangement.
2. Position the anvil and reassemble the bolt
arrangement as shown in Fig. 7
Adjustment of blade tension
Warning!
Disconnect the machine from the power
supply. The blades are sharp! Be careful
when disassembling, assembling or
adjusting. Failure to do so may result in
serious injury!
The blade tension is important for the correct
function of the saw. The correct blade tension is
700 to 900 kg per square inch, measured on a
blade tension gauge.
