•

Make sure the power switch is off when

connecting.

18. Use extension cords for outdoor use

•

When using the tool outdoors, use only wires

intended for outdoor use.

19. Be alert

•

Look at what you are doing, use common sense

and do not use the tool when you are tired.

20. Inspect damaged parts

•

Before further use of the tool.

•

It should be carefully checked if it works

properly and can perform the intended function.

•

Check that the moving parts are adapted,

that the brackets for the moving parts are not

damaged and that parts are mounted correctly

and that other circumstances can not affect its

function.

•

A guard or other damaged part must be

properly repaired or replaced by an authorised

workshop unless otherwise stated in this

manual. Have defective switches replaced by

an authorised workshop.

•

Do not use the tool if the power switch does

not turn on and off.

21. Warning

•

The use of accessories other than those

recommended in these operating instructions

may pose a risk of personal injury.

22. Have your tool repaired by a qualified

person

•

This power tool complies with current safety

regulations. Service should only be carried

out by qualified personnel using original spare

parts, otherwise this could endanger the user.

23. Never stand on the tool

•

Serious damage can occur if the tool is tilted or

if the cutting tool is touched accidentally.

24. Power supply

•

Regarding the power supply, voltage errors

should be /- 10% V, value errors should

be /- 1Hz.

•

The power supply must be installed with both

under and overvoltage protection.

25. Operating conditions

•

The temperature in the environment should

range from 5 to 40 °C.

•

The relative humidity should be within

30% –95%.

•

The height must not be higher than 1000M.

•

When moving and storing the tool, the

temperature should be kept between 25 ° and

26.Protective gloves, goggles and earplugs of

PPE is needed when using the saw.

27. The oil used must be non-toxic

28. Maintenance

•

Before maintenance, the power plug must be

removed from the wall socket.

29. WARNING

•

Make sure that all protective parts are attached

before you start using the saw.

WARNING!

1.  Always keep the guards in place when the

machine is in use. If removed for maintenance,

use extreme caution and replace protection

immediately.

2.  Replace warning labels if they are hidden or

removed.

3.  Give your work undivided attention. Looking

around, talking etc. are actions that can lead to

serious injuries. Never leave the tool

unattended. Turn off the power and do not

leave the tool until it has stopped completely.

4.  Always keep hands and fingers away from the

blade when the machine is running.

5.  Never hold the workpiece with the saw in a

horizontal position. Always use the anvil and

screw it on.

6.  Read and understand warnings on the machine.

7.  Keep belt guards and wheel guards in place and

in order.

8.  Always leave enough support for long and

heavy materials.

9.  In urgent cases, the oil pan should be closed

immediately to protect against accidents.

10. Never clean the saw blade or band wheel on

a band saw with a hand-held brush or scraper

while the saw blade is in motion. Adjust and

position the blade control arm before you start

sawing. Hold the blade guide arm with a firm

hand. A loose blade guide arm affects the

accuracy of the saw. Make sure the tension and

blade staple are set correctly. Check the

tension after the first sawing with a new blade.

To extend the life of the blade, always release

the blade tension at the end of each working

day. Make sure the blade speed is set correctly

for the material to be cut.

11. Check coolant daily. Low coolant levels can

cause foaming and high blade temperatures.
