PA1FS FLOOR SCRAPER SAFETY
Potential hazards associated with the PA1FS Floor Scraper operation will be referenced with Hazard
Symbols which appear throughout this manual, and will be referenced in conjunction with Safety Mes-
sage/Alert Symbols.
NEVER operate equipment with covers, or guards removed. Keep fingers, hands, hair
and clothing away from all moving parts to prevent injury.
ALWAYS place the power ON/OFF switch in the OFF position when the machine is not in
use.
ALWAYS wear approved eye protection.
HAZARD SYMBOLS
ALWAYS wear approved respiratory protection.
ALWAYS read this Owner’s Manual before operating the machine.
ALWAYS avoid inhalation of and skin contact with silica dust and/or mist.
ALWAYS use caution around gears. Keep fingers, hands, hair and clothing away from
all moving parts to prevent injury.
NEVER touch the power cord with wet hands or while standing in water when it is con-
nected to a power source.
NEVER operate the machine in an explosive atmosphere or near combustible materials.
