Problem: There is no communication between the client
and the server
Make sure that the port set in the Windows firewall is available.
The DistanTV Client has been blocked by the Windows firewall.
Resolve this problem as follows:
1.
Open the Windows Firewall Settings dialog via the Control Panel.
2.
Now open the
Exceptions
tab.
3.
Make sure that in the
Programs or Port
list the
DistanTV Client
application is selected.
Problem: DistanTV Client Install was not found
From the Welcome-dialog of the installatoin-disc select the option
DistanTV
