5.6 System
5.6.1 Display Mode
The direction of the LC display can be adapted automatically or manually.
You can select Automatic, Obverse or Reverse (180 °).
5.6.2 Power Off
The force gauge can turn the power off automatically after a certain time interval without operation. 5 minutes is
the default setting.
5.5.3 Backlight
You can activate or deactivate the backlight. Moreover, you can select when the device powers off automatically.
You can choose between 15, 30, 45 and 60 seconds.
5.5.4 Key Tone
You can enable or disable the key tones as you prefer.
5.5.5 Date / Time
You can set the date (format: YYYY-MM-DD) and time (format: HH:MM:SS).
5.5.6 Password
For some operations of the force gauge, you need to enter a password to prevent accidental or unintended changes.
The default system password is “123”. You can change it as you prefer. You must enter the old password first and
then enter a new one.
5.5.7 Key Setting
The SEND/EXIT key is a multifunctional key which can be set to „store current displayed value ( Storage )“ or „print
recent data ( Print )“. „ Storage “ is set as default.
5.5.8 Default Setting
When there is an error you cannot eliminate, the gauge can be restored to factory settings. Your customised
settings will be lost in that case. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully use this function! When restoring the
gauge to default settings, the password must be entered and the action must be confirmed.
5.6 Language
Here you can select your language. You can select English, German or Chinese.
