Keypad
Power:
Press and hold for 2 seconds to power on or off.
During measurement: Prints the current force value or stores data, depending on the key setting (see
Key Setting
).
In menus: Back or exit.
During measurement: Enters the menus.
In menus: Select or enter.
During measurement: Track mode - zeroing. Peak & Auto Peak modes - resets the peak value.
In menus: Moves cursor up or increases the value.
During measurement: Switches between test modes: Track, Peak or Auto Peak.
In menus: Moves cursor down or decreases the value.

Instructions
4.1
Power on / off
Press and hold the On/Off key for 2 seconds to power the device on or off. Check the battery level indicator. If it
shows that the power is low, the battery should be recharged.
4.2
Measuring heads
In order to complete the test work conveniently, the force gauge is equipped with a variety of measuring heads
(adaptors). Select the appropriate measuring head in line with your requirements and attach it to the force gauge‘s
measurement axis. Tighten it manually, without using any tools. Do not use a deformed or damaged measuring
head.
4. 3 Units
The force gauge has a variety of measurement units. Select the appropriate unit of force. Press the MENU/ENTER
key to enter the menu interface (see
Unit
).
4. 4 Test Mode
This series of force gauges has three kinds of measurement modes to choose from. You can select a test mode by
pressing the PEAK/▼ key or change it in the menus (see
Test Mode
).
Track:
Real-time measuring mode - in this mode, you can press the ZERO/▲ key to clear the force
gauge (remove tare).
Peak:
Peak readings will not change until a higher value is measured. In this mode, the force gauge
will update the value immediately when you press the ZERO/▲ key.
Auto-Peak:
In this mode, the gauge displays a peak force value measured during a fixed time period.
The period of time can be set in menus.
