8. Troubleshooting
NOTE
Please note that you as the user may only
perform the troubleshooting measures listed
in the table yourself. All other troubleshooting
measures may only be performed by a qualified
technician.
Error description LED Status Possible cause / remedy
The charging process is
not started.
The status LED flashes
green.
Vehicle is not detected
First check the fit of the charging cable on the vehicle.
If the problem persists, check if the vehicle displays an error
message. In this case, contact your vehicle dealer for more
information.
Charging cable defect
Contact our support.
The status LED lights
up red
DC error or general error
Remove the charging cable. If the status LED is still red, con-
tact our support team
The status LED does not
light up.
The charging station is not supplied with voltage.
Contact the installer of your charging station.
The status LED is defect.
Contact our support.
