SmartNode 4830 DSL Series User Manual

Analog FXO

Applicable to SmartNodes equipped with FXO ports. The FXO ports are connected to analog phone lines via 
cables terminated with RJ-11 connectors (see section 

“FXO port”

 on page 68 for details on port pinouts).

Note

The phone line socket (connector type and pinout) available from the pub-
lic network vary from country to country. Refer to technical information 
available from your local operator for additional cabling information.
