xture is designed to be mounted so that the

on detector controls face towards the ground. If the lamp

xture
is mounted in any other posi

on, it may be possible for water to enter
the unit and cause damage to the unit and cause possible electric shock.
Make sure the controls are facing towards the ground!
IMPORTANT
:
A

er moun

ng the
fi
xture, it will be necessary to apply silicone sealant
caulking compound completely around the perimeter of the
fi
xture
where the back of the cover plate meets the moun
ti
ng surface. Silicone
caulking prevents water from entering the junc
ti
on box.
Your installa
ti
on is now complete. Turn on power at the circuit breaker
and flip the wall switch to the ON posi
ti
on. The wall switch must
remain in the ON posi
ti
on for the mo
ti
on detector to operate properly.
MANUAL OVERRIDE
:
You can also turn the light on manually from the wall switch by

ipping
the wall switch o
ff
for 1 to 3 seconds and then back on. The light will
stay on un
ti
l you
fl
ip the switch o
ff
and on again. If you leave the light
on all night, the light will automa
ti
cally turn o
ff
at dawn and return to
SECURITY mode. Flip the light switch o
ff
and on to toggle twice in 3
seconds, it will change between AUTO and MANUAL MODE with the
light staying on for 5 hours. The MANUAL OVERRIDE feature only works
at night or when in TEST mode.
Make sure power is turned on at circuit breaker and wall
switch is in the ON posi

the ON posi
ti
on for the mo
ti
on detector to work properly.

TIME/TEST knob discussed below. To put the

xture into the
SECURITY mode, turn the MODE SELECT knob fully
counterclockwise so that the small pointer is aimed toward
the SECURITY se

DUSK to DAWN:
To put the lamp

xture into the DUSK to
DAWN mode, turn the MODE SELECT knob fully clockwise
so that the small pointer is aimed towards the DUSK to
DAWN se
tti
ng. In this mode the lights automa

cally come
on at dusk and turn o
ff
at dawn. Mo

ect.

ve nuts back onto the studs to secure

on box. Tighten the

xture is secure
