(4) Select Map -> Download OSM Data. Wait for the download to complete.

(5) To create Mbtiles, enter the zoom level range (minimum and maximum) 

for the desired area into the Command prompt. For example: if you want 
to create Mbtiles with a zoom level between 5 and 18, type into the 
Command prompt "generate-mbtiles minzoom = 5 maxzoom = 18".
