Before using your Ceramic Hob

to the man ufacturing residues le ft on the hob.
Choosing the right Cookware
Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base.
Make sure that the base of your pan is s m ooth, sits flat a gainst the glass, and is the sa m e size as the
cooking zone. Always centre your pan on the cooking zone.
Always li ft pans o ff the ce ram ic hob – do not slide, as the y m ay scratch the glass.
