When you have fi nished cooking
1. Touch the cooking zone selec
ti on control that
you wish to switch o ff .
2. Turn the cooking zone o ff by scrolling down
to “0 “ using the “-“ key on your power regula ti ng control.
The display will then show “H"
3. Alterna
ti vely turn the whole cooktop o ff by touching the control
4. Beware of hot surfaces
“H” will show which cooking zone is s ti ll hot to touch. The signal will disappear when the
surface has cooled down to a safe te m perature. It can also be used as an energy
saving func ti on - if you want to heat further pans, use the hotplate that is s ti ll hot.
Note: the residual heat indicator will disappear if the
ma in power supply to the hob is turned o ff .

5. To use the dual cooking zone, touch the cooking zoon zone selec ti o n first, and then touch
the dual cooking zone s ym bol on the control panel.
This will ac ti vate the outer ring of the zone. Use the “-“ or “+” controls to adjust the hea ti ng level.
