Vibration emission value:

Measured values determined as per EN ISO 5349-1
and EN ISO 5349-2: a

h

 ≤ 2.5 m/s

2

NOTE

The vibration emission value given in these
instructions has been measured in accordance
with a standardised test procedure and can
be used for comparison of the power tool
with another tool. The specified vibration
emission value can also be used to make an
initial estimate of the vibration load.

 WARNING!

The vibration emission value may differ from
the stated value during the actual use of the
power tool, depending on the manner in
which the power tool is being used. For an
accurate estimate of the vibration load during
a specific working period, periods during
which the appliance is switched off (or is
running, but not actually being used) must
also be taken into consideration. This can
significantly reduce the vibration load over
the total working period.

General Power Tool

Safety Warnings

Caution! When using power tools,
note the following basic safety pre-
cautions to protect yourself against

electrical shock, injury and fire hazards. Read
all these instructions before using this power
tool and store the safety instructions in a safe
place.

The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your
mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-
operated (cordless) power tool.

Working safely

Keep your workspace tidy.

Untidiness in the work area can cause accidents.

2.

Take account of environmental influences.

Do not expose the power tool to rain.

Do not use the power tool in wet or moist
environments.

Ensure that your workspace is adequately lit.

Do not use power tools in environments where
there is a risk of explosion or fire.

3.

Protect yourself from electric shock.

Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces
(e.g. pipes, radiators, electric cookers, refrig-

4.

Keep other people at a distance.

Do not allow other people, especially children,
to touch the power tool or the cord. Keep them
out of your work area.

Unused electric tools should be placed in a dry,
high-up or closed-off place out of the reach of
children.

6.

Do not overload your power tool.

You will work better and more safely in the
specified performance range.

7.

Use the right power tool for the job.

Do not use low-performance tools for heavy-duty
work.

Do not use the power tool for purposes for
which it is not intended. For example, do not
use a circular saw to cut tree branches or logs.

8.

Wear appropriate clothing.

could get caught in moving parts.

Non-slip footwear is recommended when working
