Brief Description
The XT/IX/PCA PowerStation family of products are
winning Interact Xpress or InteractX HMI software or, as a standalone industrial PC.
Major Feature Differences
The IX, XT, and PCA series all utilize the same rugged base hardware, meaning any IX, XT, or PCA series of
the same size will have the same fit and form. This is a major benefit to customers who are concerned
with aesthetics of their machine and consistent brand-image throughout a system utilizing different series
of HMIs. In addition, this allows Parker to store pre-made base systems and build up different models as
needed, significantly reducing lead times.
The main difference between each series is the functionality of each unit dictated by the software. Other
major differences include the storage type and operating systems needed to support those software
platforms.
