Assembling the servo-motor:
1. Mount the servo-motor by M10 screw [4] to the ear located on the bed frame,
2. Mount the servo-motor by M10 screw [3] to the ear connected to the section,
3. Put the cord into the releasing mechanism [2] of the servo-motor, and then secure it with the
plastic snap fastener,
4. Connect the power cord supplying the servo-motor to the electric control box,
5. Put the terminal socket cover on the terminal control box,
6. Fasten the cables running from the bed frame to the electric control box by the band clip,
7. Attach the bed base covers,
4.6. Replacing the CPR mechanism cord
1. Disconnect the bed from the mains power supply,
2. Disconnect the cord from the servo-motor/lever
Servo-motor: pull out the plastic snap fastener blocking the cord in the servo-
motors’
CPR mechanism, and then pull out the cord from the servo-motor;
Lever: pull off the hood on the body of the cord, and then pull out the cord from the lever,
3. Unscrew M5 screw [1] on the cord distributor cover,
4. Remove the distributor cover [3],
5. Raise the upper plate [4] of the distributor,
6. Pull out the old cord and insert the new cord,
7. Put on the upper plate [4] of the distributor with the washer,
8. Put on the distributor cover [3],
9. Put the washer [2] on the screw,
10. Fasten the distributor by M5 screw [1].
