7-B) Install bunk pins to secure bunks to H-Frame. Use plastic washers on the inside surfaces of the

bunk as spacers. Use cotter pins and flat washer to secure bunk pins. Bend the end of the cotter

pin with the needle nose pliers to secure the pins.

Step 8 - Install Guide-Ons (Item 10) (Optional)

Hardware Required:
• 8x 3/8”-16 - 6” Long Hex Bolts
• 4x 3/8”-16 - 4” Long Hex Bolts

• 12x 3/8”-16 - Kep Nuts

• 24x 3/8” - Flat Washers
