Telnet into the WSN Gateway server
(Port 10001). Does the server connect
(regardless of the validity of the data
shown)?
No
Port 10001 is blocked on customer net-
work or server firewall.
Telnet into the WSN Gateway server
(Port 10001). Does the connection res-
ult in invalid data?
Yes
WSN Gateway may be in Diagnostic
Mode. See next test.
Is the WSN Gateway radio in Dia-
gnostic Mode? (Both LEDs are flash-
ing)
Yes
Turn the WSN Gateway Power Switch
to OFF then ON again three times to
reset. Recheck LEDs for Diagnostic
Mode.
Does WSN Gateway intermittently dis-
connect from the system (shows as yel-
low and returns to green status)?
Yes
Check WSN Gateway Ethernet speed
and duplex settings. Change from
"Auto" to match the customer's network
settings.
