4. If the WSN Gateway does not respond, repeat the configuration activities, reboot
the WSN Gateway, and recheck the response.
5. Upon successful login, the Device Status screen displays with the current inform-
ation. Click the Logout link to close the Remote Gateway Manager application.
General Troubleshooting
If the WSN Gateway is not responding, (the icon on the data center floorplan in the Syn-
apSoft Web Console is yellow and/or the rollover display states “Master, not syncd” or
“Slave, not syncd”) use the following table to help resolve issues.
