2.3. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: (to be carried out by qualified people only)

IMPORTANT: During installation and after doing any work or maintenance inside the extractor hood,
make sure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply first.

The mains power supply must have a stable voltage and meet the electrical requirements specified (see
device features panel).

The electrical system for the hood must be connected to a separate grid power supply as far as the fuse box
in order to avoid interference with the hood from fluorescent lights or other devices which transmit noise on
the electrical system.

Leave the point where the appliance is plugged in accessible, or else fit a switch in the electrical system in
accordance with electrical installation regulations.

If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their after-sales service or similar
qualified personnel in order to avoid risks.

If there is no mains power point or it is removed, some other means of disconnection from the power supply
must be provided, with a distance between terminals which ensures total disconnection under category III
voltage overload conditions.
